4 oz. water
2 oz. Ghost Honey
2 oz. Agave
4 oz. bourbon whiskey
4 sprigs of thyme
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 Large ice cubes Lemon slices, for garnish
In a heatproof measuring cup, combine water and Ghost Honey. Microwave on High, stirring occasionally, until honey is dissolved, about 30 seconds.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz. Ghost Honey syrup, 4 oz. whiskey, and 2 oz. lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into 2 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and thyme sprig.
