Sweet meets spicy in the classic ghost honey-ginger margarita, sourced from warm hot honey syrup, lime juice, and freshly cut ginger.

- 1 dash Mezcal, to rinse
- 2 ounces Casaamigos Silver tequila
- 1 ounce Ghost Honey Syrup - ( below )
- 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 Ginger Coins

In the bottom of a mixing tin, muddle two ginger coins (round slices of fresh ginger about the size of a quarter) with the Ghost honey syrup.

Add CasaAmigos Silver and lime juice; shake vigorously with ice to chill.

Strain onto fresh ice in high ball glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and ginger coin.
